adios albeit belated

on another note......
did my first call last sunday in the A&E department at SGH.....had my fair share of mild cases and emergency cases. Thank God that I was spared after 10.30pm....and of course without any spooks.....pretty certain that oms is not the way for me to go....too bloody and too painful......I cringed when I was trying to feel for the crepitations on the patient's broken nose.........
