BFS = Big Face Syndrome
Alright I am back from Bangkok and had a darn emergency case the very next day....talk about timing...ok my calves are aching from all the shopping and walking. It seems like I did ran a marathon. Prolly the most exhausting shopping incident ever at least for me.....But in the end it was still a fruitful trip...heh... relationships strengthened and lots of goodies bought. the girls waiting at duty free shops while Kaka was shopping for a Mont Blanc pen for his dad while I was fiddling with my camera for the first shot of the trip bathtub is a must and I am a sucker for bath tubs and bubble baths..... After checking in, it was already 7 plus 8 pm, we were all starving like pigs. Therefore we headed down to Suan Lum night bazaar 3 and had some authentic thai seafood dinner...everything in thailand appeared tastier and is literally... the bazaar was really packed and hot and humid and crazy and me and Cheryl decided to take a break while Kaka and QP were shopping around.....And it was there where I found my 2 Adidas vintage bags.......But I didn't buy it then due to circumstances....so we went back to our hotel and skipped the sex shows and what not....bah... Day 2, preparing to go down for breakfast and we decided to adopt the tourist look with our sunnies.... I met my ex chemistry secondary school teacher.....Mrs Tan Wai Ngan....haha...I can even remember her full name cos she is just that darn good.....loved her lessons and what a big coincidence.....she cannot remember my name though but she remembered my face....bah... So we head on to Chatuchak and it was another crazy place.....messy, disoriented, hot, humid etc......but a lot of good deals and buys were made there.....And we decided to stop at this stall for some iced milk tea.... After Chatuchak, we went to MBK center and fail to find it interesting so we went to the food court my sister in law to be recommended.....Food was alright but ambience was like a restaurant feel...haha...a little Marche-ish prawns over at thailand have really huge heads and small bodies.....so we wonder.. We headed back to Suan Lum after realising that MBK was not fun, platinum closed way too early and also to appease QP's fixation on her Adidas bag (maybe mine too ... a little)...and we bought ourselves some nice bags....I couldn't decide and both 2 hehe.... Day 3 - boy do we take some pictures before going out all the time Gosh I stripped! Apparently their fitting rooms are made of sarongs and to try on their bottoms.....you have to wrap the sarong around your waist...pull down your bottoms and put on theirs...wala...lucky girls got to see more than what they should..... Had lunch at roadside stalls..pretty decent....owner is a hongkonger...what gives...
Jetstar Vs Delta - Hmmm tough fight......the flight to Bangkok was horrendous.....was at the very last row...no leg space...rocky flight and some motion sickness...one flight stewardess had to be really stern and fierce to some malaysian tourist who took my seat....flight back was alright smooth and nice....heh..However there was no refreshments....no entertainment....soft drinks come at a price of $2.... bah...
Arnoma Hotel....kudos to Cheryl's parents recommendations....It is a 4 star hotel being surrounded by high end shopping malls which we never got to visit.....and shady back alleys where we brushed shoulders with locals....kinda intimidating for a while but its all good....

My steal + the Beer Chang Singlet and the Sylvester tee which I both wore
