Bah - Tham

back from the small island of batam....gotta say it is one up on Redang given our more than extravagant resort. We were really treated like kings and queens.....
Here is why:
- we were picked up from the ferry terminal
- the resort staff open the doors for us
- on checking in, we were given a welcome drink
- we were then chauffered to our resort room
- the resort staff were all smiles everyday
- etc etc ( I can't really remember all though)

Basically it was an RnR trip. Time was not of a factor over there cos everything was so slow paced. 1 hour seemed like 2 over there. Basically, we just busked in the sun, had some massages and body scrubs, tanned beside the pool, sipped some cocktails at the poolside etc.....

yes my blog entry is not exactly very detail cos memory is failing me....hopefully i will have the photos to make a chronological order of what we did but all in all the resort gave the exact definition to the words idyllic, serene and peaceful....bah
